Ch 7 - 9

A lot happens between chapters 7 -9. Comment on the following: Do you think Tom loved Myrtle? Were you surprised to find out who killed Gatsby?

    no i dont think tom loved myrtle. he just was bored with daisy and wanted an adventure. the only way anyone in this book loves someone is if they are rich. no i was not surprised that myrtles husband killed jay because he thought jay ran over myrtle because it was jay's car.
